• Aune letter: work email and the companies compared at the time of sign-up.
• Launch alerts for new features: work email and the features chosen.
• Customer account: name, company, role, work email, password (stored encrypted, never readable by us), date of acceptance of the terms, plan and subscription status.
• Subscription: identity, billing details; payment is processed by [Stripe], which does not pass card numbers on to us.

Purposes and legal bases

• Sending the letter and publication alerts: your consent.
• Managing the subscription and billing: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
• Business-to-business marketing: legitimate interest, with the option to object in every message.

Retention periods

Prospects: 3 years after the last contact. Customers: the term of the contract, then 10 years for accounting records.

Recipients

The data is reserved for the publisher and its technical processors: [Netlify (hosting, forms), Supabase (customer accounts, EU hosting), Stripe (payment), Brevo (emails), CRM]. It is never sold or rented.
