Terms of sale

This English text is provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one and prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale, by Deceo (SAS, Créteil RCS 907 559 520), of subscriptions to Aune, an online CSRD benchmark, exclusively to business customers.

2. Plans and prices

Pro subscription: €290 excl. VAT per month or €2,900 excl. VAT per year, 1 user. Team / Firm subscription: €990 excl. VAT per month or €9,900 excl. VAT per year, 5 users. The applicable prices are those displayed on the day of the order.

3. Order and payment

The order is final once the online payment is confirmed or the purchase order is signed. Subscriptions are payable in advance, by card or bank transfer. Any late payment incurs penalties at the rate of [3 times the French legal interest rate] and the fixed €40 compensation for collection costs.

4. Term and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically for the same term. It may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. No pro rata refund is due.

5. Licence

The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the data for its internal needs, limited to the number of users subscribed. Reselling the database or making it available to third parties is prohibited. Extracts quoted in the customer's internal documents must cite the source “Aune, CSRD benchmark”.

6. Data and liability

The indicators are taken from documents published by the companies. The publisher takes reasonable care over their accuracy but does not guarantee they are error-free; only the source document is authoritative. Its liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Créteil.
